The room was a comfortable size typical of Japanese city hotels and easily manageable with two smaller suitcases. There were two chairs which allowed us to avoid hanging out on the bed all the time which was nice. They offered beverages each evening, I think for free, however we never participated so can't confirm. There was also a breakfast offered (not for free), which we also did not use, but it was nice to have that option. Staff were friendly and able to accommodate English. The location is in a quieter neighborhood with a few convenience stores and restaurants nearby, but easy enough to walk to public transport to get around - it's about 5 min walk to the Bakurocho station and 15 min to the larger Akihabara station. WiFi was good, no issues. They were able to hold our luggage for a few hours as we arrived before the check in time.

It is a very good 3-star hotel. The room we had was not the most spacious one, but we knew it when we booked it and still it had a good size compared to the average tokyo hotel rooms (ca. 21 sqm). Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Very good shower. Helpful staff. Even though check-in and out is done via a machine, someone is there to assist. The luggage forwarding service was organised for us, and it all went smoothly. It was very nice to be able to take coffee and teas in the cafe/lounge (where breakfast is served) after 10 am. There are lots of amenities next to the reception. Walking distance to several transport facilities (train and metro, ca. 5 to 10 minutes walk). A few (but not a lot) restaurants in walking distance.

Very polite and helpful staff. All the amenities were provided. You could even rent foot massage machine, hair curler and muscle massager machine after a long day. Hotel has a free coffee and water machine which we absolutely loved. They have a coin laundry machine at 2nd floor. The hotel is in a very convenient location as its near to few train stations, convenience stores and walk away from Akhibara. Rooms are clean and have a good water power in the shower. Even though the hotel is rated 3 stars, i would personally put it under the 4 star category. And yes they do have the luggage shipping available at the reception.

In general, everything is fine. The staff is wonderful! We did everything to make us comfortable!! It was a little strange that when booking there was an option with breakfast (more expensive) and without breakfast (cheaper), but in fact breakfast was provided to everyone. And this is bad for me! Because, first of all, I could pay cheaper. And secondly, there were a lot of people at the breakfast!! The breakfasts are average, but you can get enough. The room had a view of the Sky Tree Tower. And it made me very happy every day!!!

Breakfast a wide variety of choices, both food and beverages - Healthy and delicious Room very spacious compared to other hotels at a similar price and location in Tokyo, I love the bedding and the noise cancelling effect is also very good View is perfect as Skytree tower is also visible from my window Location is perfect, 15 walks to Akihabara, 5-10 mins accessible to bus stops, and various JR and metro stations But the hotel is in quite neighborhood, absolutely 10 out of 10 and most worthy residence among my stays in Japan
